About Me
Hi, my name is Sally Klose, I have a passion for providing solutions tailored to your business or organisation to achieve your goals.

Following a winding path, I have developed a versatile skill set and lived experience, giving me the ability to understand many perspectives and provide practical solutions.

My experience is backed by a Bachelor of Business, Bachelor of Management, Company Directors Course Diploma and the IAP2 Certificate in Engagement.
​
My career commenced with fashion retailer Country Road, gaining the best business and people management and sales and customer service training and skills ever (still to this day).
​
Locating to the small community of Lucindale, in the Limestone Coast, South Australia, my husband Chris and I established a business focusing on prime lamb production. I have been privileged to work with many communities across the Limestone Coast developing their communities and local economies.
With a strong belief in the ability of communities to solve their own community problems is why I am a passionate advocate for the Stand Like Stone Foundation. Working for the Stand Like Stone Foundation I had a broad portfolio, commencing during its establishment phase, I developed strategies, policies and procedures relevant to the stage of growth, working with the Board and the Limestone Coast community to significantly grow the brand recognition and funds held in trust.

I was recognised as a leader in the Community Foundation sector, receiving an Award for Excellence from Community Foundations Australia for “outstanding achievements and contributions to philanthropy through the Community Foundation movement”.
My belief that good governance is the foundation of organisational effectiveness and my passion for my community led me to local government; leading Council’s governance, communications, community engagement and community services team, collaborating with many community members to deliver positive outcomes.
Since establishing Sally Klose Strategic Solutions, some of the organisations I have worked with are The Flinders Ranges Council, the Limestone Coast Food and Agribusiness Cluster, MacKillop Farm Management Group, small businesses and sporting and community groups.
I am a board member of the Stand Like Stone Foundation and have also served on the South East Regional Health Service and Regional Development Australia Limestone Coast Boards.
